SS LIVING ROOM RENDERING

Andy was so tired in this picture!  This summer has been busy for him,  lots of friends and staying up WAY TO LATE!  He loves his mocha's and sweet stuff from the coffee place so he was willing to drag himself out of bed and come sit with me while I draw.  This coffee shop is beautiful.  There are waterfalls, bamboo, blooming flowers and little streams all over it.  I can't remember what it's called, BUT it's on Hall Blvd. in Beaverton.

I'm working on these pencil sketches of living rooms for the cat book.  This was the first attempt.  SO SO much fun!  I really like designing a room.  I helped my friend Lauren with some renderings for her interior design class and it was good.  A lot of rules and exact specifications.  This (above) was a blast!  Probably because there weren't as many rules.

Wow I have to find this coffee place. So I can move into it! I have no coffee place like that near me sadly, at least none that are so oasis-like. Anyway great sketch of the living room. How exciting that you're working on a cat book. Can't wait to see it.

That coffee shop sounds way cool. Will keep a look out for it when next in Beaverton. Oregon right?
Must pass through there on our way to Portland.

Wished you'd draw your sleepy son there.

room looks nice. fit for a proud cat.

I live in portland too, I wanna go to that coffee shop!! Lovely living room! I'm so haphazard and spontaneous that I am afraid specifics would be so hard for me to do! Great job!

I wish I could go to that coffee hop... sounds great... but do they have tea???... anyway I use coffee to lure Phantom out as well.. she will stir at the whiff of the stuff ...usually... love the living room drawing... have you looked at Andrea Joseph's blog... I can see similarities in the style... you might enjoy seeing her work...xx

That sounds like a wonderful coffee shop.
I like the living room you drew: uncluttered and a perfect sofa to curl up with a cat.

Thank you for your visit and comment on my zine!
