THE PURSE

My SIL and I muddled through a pattern and actually made purses. (Another project I never thought I would be doing) It was so much fun working on this together. I cut out patterns for two more purses. They are smaller versions of the ones we made. These are the first things we ever did on our sewing machines.

I never thought I would use my sewing machine!

Oooh, I love that purse! That fabric is so pretty. And the paisley fabric lining is great! I've been wanting to get into sewing stuff for so long. I've got tons of links to all sorts of wonderful DIY projects saved.

Yeah, I think altered tags are great, too. I think I first fell in with them when I saw Sarah Lugg's work. Thanks for visiting me and for your comments! I'm glad to have come to your blog through it!
