ORGANIZE YOUR ART SUPPLIES

The old way...

The new way!
I used to have a green and black bag (top) that held all of my quick supplies.  It was one of my favorite things and I will still use it for traveling. I packed it full of all different supplied I might need.  It started to get messy, full and inconvenient.  I just wasn't using everything that I stuffed in there. I feel like if things are messy looking then my brain must be messy.  Silly, I know! So now I use this white organizer that swivels and has little drawers and it looks clean and organized.  Like my brain, right? HA! Not totally sure if this is going to work.  There might not be enough space.....we will see!

Goofy post I know.  I love organizing.  One of my favorite ways to procrastinate doing something I'm not sure how to do.  Like my next painting.  I'm going to start "Big Balls" today.  Wish me luck!

I'm always looking for different ways to organize. My art room is so tiny-I'm usually tripping all over myself--keep showing tips!!

I Like the way you organize your art supplies! I' always perfecting how to store things in a way that I can find them! And I'm sure you can relate to an art area that gets out of control! I'm a swapper from swap-bot. I really enjoy the visuals of your blog!

I love organizing too! It's what I do to avoid something I'm actually supposed to do. :) I know what you mean about a messy brain. When things are messy my brain doesn't want to work right. I can't focus or het my head straight. Hope the white one works out for you!

What a great organizer! That would make it so much easier to find supplies. I, too, have a bag that has some of my pending projects so when I have to wait somewhere I work a bit on a project. However, it isn't the best organizational system. You've inspired me to find an alternative!

The new storage looks so clean. I am so with you, I love storage ideas. I have to have things out where I can see and touch them.

I easily get distracted with organizing also. I'll start in one spot and hop around the room until it's done, weird huh?

I'm a new follower of your very inspiring blog via swap-bot :) You are very talented :)
